The Not So Healthy Foods

Scared of skipping meals but you want to lose some weight? No matter how little amount of food you take, be it vegetables or fruits, which are both healthy, still there is no denying that some foods contain this so called fatty acids and other foodstuff that can be both delicious yet deceiving to one's body.

Fish are prescribed by some dieticians to keep up with a good diet. Its health benefits like omega 3 fats is good to our body.

But then, some fish meat are not all healthy, check out the sushi rolls, it is rich in either cream cheese mayonnaise.

To be constantly on guard to your diet, it is best that you settle with sashimi other than the sushi, for it is seldom healthy and perhaps, you could add up a bit of tuna in your list.

Having a fresh fruit daily as snack is much healthier as compared to all the dried fruit available nationwide. If you are on a diet, however, you should settle for a fresher ones if you want to simmer down on your calorie intake rather than grow it by the numbers. Dry ones contains more preservatives and artificial sweeteners, all the more making unhealthy.

Granola bars eaten as snack to keep you fit is also a big no to your diet. It may be cheap in cost too but it doesn't save you either from all the calories you'll get out of it sugar and fat contents. It is advisable that you would rather do it yourself with some oatmeal and fruit and honey for you to control the amount of sweets you prefer. The fresher, the better, and less of calories too.

Another choice among those under strict diet is the veggie burger which is rich in fats during lunch.

Another reason why you shouldn't indulge in veggie burgers is that it has several calories from all the dressings and cheese mixed up to form a veggie burger. If in case you yearn for such, be mindful to eat it in slow and easy manner.

Wise decisions shall be made and well planned in keeping with a balance diet.
