How to Find Inner Space!

"How to Find Inner Space!"," We are not discussing the cosmos, or the space  that exists when you look out your bedroom window.
We are talking about inner space.
Because of this center, the space  that exists for our consciousness to function must always be limited and this limitation causes a division between inner space  and outer space.
However, because human beings have a center, the ego or self, this inner space is limited.
Whenever there is a defined space and a center exists, by definition space must be limited.
Your house exists within outer space.
With-in this house space is limited.

From the center, human beings create space, the center creates space around itself.
The space around the center is defined by what the center observes.
Can we free ourselves of the isolation, the prison we have created within the walls of our own limited consciousness?

So then what is this center? The center is me and the non-me, the observer, the thinker, the experiencer.
This is the wall the center has created around itself.

But the center, doesn't want to be imprisoned so it tries to bridge the gap between itself and the observed, and breach the wall, to see the other side.
I must jump over and beyond the wall of my current comprehension.
Now can the center which is the observer, the thinker, the knower, knowledge itself, be still.
Because if it is not still, the space will always be limited and the prison walls will always exist.
The center observes through all of it's past experiences, all of the knowledge it has accumulated.
When I observe myself there is always space between myself and what I observe in myself.
This space is the image that I have of her.
This image is the knowledge that we have accumulated over time about each other.
We can not have direct perception as long as this knowledge exists.

So then the question is posed, ""Is it possible to live a life free from the center, where the center is not operating or is operating in the background, very still and quiet.
To eliminate the sense of self, the observer, is the only way to have unlimited space to accurately perceive that which is observed.
The culmination of all past experiences is knowledge.
There are so many ways that Yoga and Meditation can make your life easier and more fulfilling.
